What is the difference between Prefrential allotment and Private Allotment? As per my understanding there is no difference between the two terms as per Companies Act, 2013. Do ICDR Regulations differntiate between the two?

An Auditor of a private limited company was appointed since 2008-09.
For how many years he can continue of the same company and how it should be mentined in the Notice to the shareholders re: auditors appointment for the year 2014-15.

Sir i have incorporated three companies and now i have to know when we to do AGM for three companies.Incorporated company dates are:-

1.First Company on 10/04/2013

2.Second Company on 23/05/2013

3.Third Company on 25/05/2013

In 1 of the private limited company salary is paid to 3 relatives of directors. Is there any compliance required like special resolution, approval in AGM or intimation to ROC. It also desires to get a rented property from a relative of director. Guide regarding the compliances.
