05 December 2014 Sir i have incorporated three companies and now i have to know when we to do AGM for three companies.Incorporated company dates are:-

1.First Company on 10/04/2013

2.Second Company on 23/05/2013

3.Third Company on 25/05/2013

A newly incorporated company need to hold its first annual general meeting with in period of 9 months from the date of closing of first financial year of the company
