Please help me,
Can anyone please tell me about FORM MSC-1,3&4.I want to activate one private limited company.In the above 3 forms which form i have to selected.

05 December 2014 If you want to normalising a dormant company then you have to file form GNL-1.

05 December 2014 Now you have to complete pending annual filing. You have to file Form 23AC, 23ACA & Form 20B. If paid-up share capital is above 10 Lakhs then Form 66 also

05 December 2014 These forms applicable in case you voluntarily go for making dormant status of a company. You can make application in form MSC-1.
Then every year you have to file a return in Form MSC-3 till you keep status as dormant but subject to maximum of five year.
