I want to know. that I have filed DIR-2 for for application of DIN. Now what process i will have to follow for intimation of Such DIN on behalf of Director and Company?

Can a Practicing Chartered Accountant be a Director in a company? If yes, Can he be a whole time director and take part in day-to-day activities of the company? Can he be remunerated for the same?

Financial year of a Company is 21/02/2013 to 31/03/2014 (as the Company is registered on 21-02-2013).
My question is, what would be previous FY in this case while filling Form 23 AC-23ACA?

An Auditor of a private limited company was appointed since 2008-09.
For how many years he can continue of the same company and how it should be mentined in the Notice to the shareholders re: auditors appointment for the year 2014-15.
