08 December 2014 I want to know. that I have filed DIR-2 for for application of DIN. Now what process i will have to follow for intimation of Such DIN on behalf of Director and Company?

08 December 2014 Section 156 of the Act provides that every existing director shall, within one month of the receipt of DIN from the Central Government, intimate his DIN to the company or all companies wherein he is a director.
