08 December 2014 Dear Sir, Not able to click on CA/CS/CA portion of Certification by Professional in Form DIR-12 downloaded today ? Has anyone faced this problem? Please guide.

08 December 2014 What is the capital structure of your company? Is your company covered under the definition of 'OPC' or Small Company?

As per notification dated 28/04/2014, certification by practicing professional for OPC and Small Company is not required for DIR-12.

08 December 2014 Sir, capital of the company is Rs.30 lacs. Also when I click on the submit button , the message comes, certification by professional not done.Please advise.Thanks.

08 December 2014 If your company fits under criteria given in section 2(85) of Companies Act, 2013, then in my opinion certification will not be required.
