I am working with a Company and it has received a letter from RBI saying its an NBFC. Whereas it is not an NBFC. Can anyone please send me the draft letter so that i can reply to RBI saying that the Company is not an NBFC.

you just check in that letter they must have specified the criteria for becoming eligible for nbfc and if ur co is not fitting in it then u just reply in that way
