04 December 2014 Can any one help me?? We are now incorporating a new company. 24th November 2014 was the last date for filing INC 7, INC 22, & DIR 12. Then it asked for resubmission as the address of the promoters/Director in the MOA & the INC 7 is not matching. So we resubmitted after correcting the error. The next day when we track status it says that the form is invalid & not to be taken on record. The reason is that one resubmission has exhausted & form found to be deffective & invalid!!! So what is the solution for this problem as 5th December is last date for resubmitting. Hope any one will give a solution
