Please inform me the stamp paper value of forms INC 8,INC 9, INC 10 which are required to attach with Form INC 7.

The company has two members one (i) Its Holding Company (ii)Nominee of the Holding Company

Now the question is
Can that nominee act as subscriber and sign the MOA and AOA in the capacity of (1)Nominee member of the Company and (II)Representative of the company to sign on its behalf ?

Or one more person represented by the company is required to sign the MOA and AOA on behalf of the Holding Company?

1st Meeting - 26.03.2014

2nd Meeting - 23.06.2014

3rd Meeting - 06.09.2014

4th Meeting - 29.12.2014

Can the company conduct the next board meeting in the month of April - 2015(before 120 days of the previous meeting)

I had heard that pvt company can not borrow money from individuals after introduction of companies act 2013. I want to know that is there any hurdles in raising fund through individuals for private limited company in Companies act,2013 ? If so,please elaborate the details and related sections.

A pvt ltd company was incorporated in the year 2013 under companies act 1956.

Due to some issues among the promoters, the business never commenced. The company was inactive since incorporation, even the bank account was not opened.

Now what will the compliance, if the promoters:

1. Commence the business

2. Make it a Dormant company

3. Windup the business
