16 March 2015 But some expert told me DPT 4 requirement is specify in the rules of companies acceptance of deposit and not in the act. so there is no need to file DPT 4 for F. Y 13-14. Repay all the deposit on or before 31/03/15 so there will not be any non compliance in the F.Y 14-15 as well.
