17 March 2015 What are the formalities that a Pvt Ltd company have to abide by to open a branch office in other state to run an Ecommerce Business.

17 March 2015 If the company is registered in India, you have to pass Board resolution for opening branch office. If you provide taxable services from branch office, you have to take centralized service tax registration number

Yes we are registered company in India, Do we need to do any filings in MCA. Do we need to take rent agreement with the premises owner of the branch office.
