Dear Members,
A Public Limited Company has conducted Board Meetings on the following dates:
1st Meeting - 26.03.2014
2nd Meeting - 23.06.2014
3rd Meeting - 06.09.2014
4th Meeting - 29.12.2014
Can the company conduct the next board meeting in the month of April - 2015(before 120 days of the previous meeting)
Please clarify.

No. As per section 173 of the CA 2013, Company shall have atleast 4 Board meeting in a financial year provided gap between two Board meeting shall not exceed 120 days. Next Board meeting can be held within 31.03.2015
