THERE ARE 3 DIRECTORS IN A PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY. ALL THE DIRECTORS ARE WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR. THE TURNOVER OF THE COMPANY FOR THE F.Y. 2014-15 IS RS. 178.00 CROREAND BOOK PROFIT IS RS. 83.00 LACS
SIR, HOW MUCH SALARY CAN BE PAID TO ITS DIRECTORS ?

After approval of name of private limited company , the INC 7 has to be filed within 60 days from the date of application of INC 1,
but because of medical reason the same could not be filed within 60 days.
Now what can be done further for the incorporation process.

I registered a pvt ltd company with one other director. our company has yet not obtained Certificate of business. but now one of the two director has resigned. Do I need to employ a director immediately? what is process of appointment and what if I wish to close this company

My query is regarding of appointment of company secretary in a private limited company having a paid up capital above 5 crores ,whether cs will be included in the defination of KMP in the case of Private Limited company as KMP defination applies to Listed company & Public limited company having a paid up capital of 10 crores or above.

Kindly advise which other forms(MGT-14/ MR-1) are required to file apart from DIR-12 with regard to appointment of CS in a private limited company ??

Whether CS will be a KMP in case of Private Limited Companies ??

I have query regarding one issue.

My company is foreign subsidiary private company located in India as private limited. & It's Parent company is public holding company located outside India.

Whether my company is public company or continue as private company as per companies act 2013?

when there is no useful lyf of asset we transfer the wdv of the asset as on 1/04/2014 in retained earnings...but if there is no retained in company then what will we the treatment

If a company wants to go for an FTE and one of the Director is out of the country then what is the option to file his affidavit and indemnity bond?
Can a power of attorney holder of that director sign the affidavit & other related documents on his behalf??
