01 July 2015 If a company wants to go for an FTE and one of the Director is out of the country then what is the option to file his affidavit and indemnity bond?
Can a power of attorney holder of that director sign the affidavit & other related documents on his behalf??
Pls reply as early as possible.

01 July 2015 No, Power of Attorney can not execute documents on behalf of the Director.

01 July 2015 Is he residing outside India for longer period? If yes, you can get affidavit apostiled/notarised in the country where he is residing. (you need to confirm this from ROC)

If not, you need to wait till he/she comes in India and execute the documents.
