As per new co. Act, dep will calculate on the basis of life of assets.

How can we compute dep for F.Y 14-15 when we have opening balances as per old Co. Act.

I would like to inform you that I had registered a private limited comapany dated on 8th March 2014. For A.Y 2014-15 I have filed only income tax return considering no operation has been carried out by that company.


Kindly suggest things as i have missed for compliance like ROC return, director form & others etc. was necessary to file.

We are a subsidiary company of a company incorporated in Japan. Are the transactions with Holding Company(i.e. Japanese Company)comes under the perview of Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013.?

There are more than 500 fixed assets in my company having different date of purchase and amt and purchased more than 10 years ago, It is not possible to calculate depreciation on individual assets. Is there any solution, please tell me
