THERE ARE 3 DIRECTORS IN A PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY. ALL THE DIRECTORS ARE WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR. THE TURNOVER OF THE COMPANY FOR THE F.Y. 2014-15 IS RS. 178.00 CROREAND BOOK PROFIT IS RS. 83.00 LACS
SIR, HOW MUCH SALARY CAN BE PAID TO ITS DIRECTORS ?

This is the case of inadequate profit for the purpose of giving Loan to Director.
You can pay remuneration to directors as per schedule V of companies act 2013. For limits and conditions kindly refer Section II of Part II of the schedule.
