can anyone explain about the applicability of sub-clause(i) or (ii) of clause (3) of part A of Schedule II of companies Act, 2013.

NOTE:In a simple way, sub-clause (i) of clause 3 of part A of Schedule II of companies Act, 2013 says, In case of such class of companies, as may be prescribed and ETC.

So i want to understand the meaning of the word "as may be prescribed"?where it is prescribed?etc

I want to know whether any new format for annual return is available or format as per companies act, 1956 is enough for filing Form-20B for FY 2013-14.

While uploading the Form-CHG-4 regarding Charge Satisfaction the following error is showing that "The certificate used for following signatures have been revoked,
Practicing Professional
Bank Official
Director".
So what can be done in this regard as all the signatures is valid and how to upload the same.
