Hi,I wanted to know what are the attachments required in DIR 12 for regularisation of an Additional director?
In the BM company has passed a resolution for making him a permanent director from additional director.

1. Certified true copy of AGM resolution
2. Copy of AGM Notice.

Is it necessary to attach a letter from any of the other directors stating that we have made him director from additional director or letter from additional director confirming that he has been made permanent?
