29 July 2015 Mr. X & Mr. Y are joint shareholders holding 1000 shares in a Private Limited Company in which Mr. X is first holder and Mr. Y is second holder. If there is any dispute between Mr. X & Mr. Y then what are the legal rights of Mr. Y.
