28 July 2015 Dear Friends / Experts,

Please guide me on the following, IF POSSIBLE:

A Director proposes to file Form DIR-6 to match DIN-PAN Database.

Query

Whether PAN Card Copy signed by Director is sufficient or it also requires the Professional’s Attestation. Confirm the appropriate manner.

29 July 2015 Yes..it is required to be attested by professional who will certify the form.

29 July 2015 Instruction to DIR-6 says the supporting documents shall be self attested by the applicant.

29 July 2015 Hello Sir, I filed it with only self-attestation, but they asked me to also have Professional certification on proofs.
They will surely raise query if the proofs are only self-attested.

My friend also got query on this.
