28 July 2015 i filed form 7,12,22 for new co. incorporation. i recd. ROC instruction to resubmit form 1 requiring some changes in moa. i am confused i not submitted form 1 how to resubmit the same. further how to resubmit a form. please explain step wise process.

30 July 2015 Don't worry. They are asking you to resubmit Form INC-7.
As per old Act, we used to file Form 1 (in place of INC-7). they have not changed the form name in mca website for instructions.

Make required changes in MOA and resubmit form inc-7.
