I have made mistake while making DIN Application.I entered Father's name in last name column and surname in Middle name column.Same mistake in his father's name.I have also provided PAN Card as proof of identity.And I also alloted Approved DIN Immediatelly after filling E-form DIR-3.

Whether I should file DIR-6 to correct this error or its ok if I not Filed DIR-6 because in DIR-3 help it is written that either first or last name is mandatory to write and I entered First name properly..

To change the name of the company, does the MOA & AOA need to alter?

Can any one specify reason?

We have a Pvt. Ltd. company with 2 directors. Now we want to appoint new directors replacing the existing ones.

But both the new directors are already partners in a firm which accepts and lends loans/advances/deposits to this pvt. ltd. company.

My query is that can the partners in firm be made directors in the pvt. ltd. company whereby company and firm transacts in above manner.

The company to be filed with necessary application for condonation of delay before the appropriate authority (RD(SR), Chennai) and to be resubmitted alongwith INC.28.

Please let me know time gap between Board resolution passed for approval of accounts to auditors and date of financials signed by auditors.See, if date of resolution is 23/09/2015, dt of financials signed by directors 23/09/15 and date of financials signed by auditors is 26/11/15. Is it allowable?
