27 November 2015 respected all.... please enlighten me on signing of mgt 7 of small company by a cs... i mean if there is share transfr during the year does it mandates cs sign? coz wen i prescrutnize my mgt of small co. where there are share transfer it asks me to get digitally signed by cs please guide asap
