please enlighten me on signing of mgt 7 of small company by a cs...
i mean if there is share transfr during the year does it mandates cs sign?
coz wen i prescrutnize my mgt of small co. where there are share transfer it asks me to get digitally signed by cs
please guide asap

No..there must be something else which should have mandated you to have sign of CS.

there was some technical error which was done off by rasing a ticket in mca.
