I have made mistake while making DIN Application.I entered Father's name in last name column and surname in Middle name column.Same mistake in his father's name.I have also provided PAN Card as proof of identity.And I also alloted Approved DIN Immediatelly after filling E-form DIR-3.
Whether I should file DIR-6 to correct this error or its ok if I not Filed DIR-6 because in DIR-3 help it is written that either first or last name is mandatory to write and I entered First name properly..
Please Guide in this regards

Name of applicant and father's name should match in PAN and DIN. If not e-file DIR-6.

It is advisable to file Form DIR - 6
