I want to know the provisions under the Companies Act, 2013 where the certification by Practising Company Secretary is required?

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have filed SH-7 for increasing Authorised Share Capital from Rs 100000/- to Rs. 100,00,000/- on 11.01.2016. On 31.03.2015 company had paid up share capital of Rs.100000/-.
Now my company (Private Ltd) wants to issue Equity shares.
My question is which form is required to file with ROC for issue of shares and what are the procedures for issue for equity shares?

What points are to be kept in mind at the time of pledge of shares of a private company by its shareholder which is a body corporate ??? Kindly advise with the process with regard to pledge in light of section 2(68) of the Companies Act, 2013. Does it require alteration of MoA & AoA ??

Dear Professional Colleague,

A company (Private Limited) want to shift their registered office from One City to another City having same ROC and State.

Please provide me Documents and procedure required for it ASAP.

The major types of companies are Private Limited Public Limited OPC and Dormant Company.Is this statement is correct ?
If yes then what about small company?

We have registered a private limited company in 2012 with 1K share capital and nothing is done after incorporation like applying of pan, bank account and it is incorporated only. Now the directors want to do the business and there is two option they can continue the existing company or incorporate the new one. can you please help me with the best option out of two in terms of compliances and fees payable as no filling is done till date.
