The major types of companies are Private Limited Public Limited OPC and Dormant Company.Is this statement is correct ?
If yes then what about small company?

14 January 2016 The Companies Act, 2013 provides for the kinds of companies that can be promoted and registered under the Act. The two basic types of companies which may be registered under the Act are:
(a) Private Companies;
(b) Public Companies;
Under the Companies Act, 2013, a private company can further be classified into a One Person Company and Small Company.
