12 January 2016 There is an NBFC(Private Limited company) whose debt are listed on BSE.We want to increase remuneration of our Managing Director & Whole time director.Kindly guide me what is the process for the same.

Kindly tell me if there any ceiling limit for the same.

For increase in remuneration of Managerial Personnel in Private Company you need only Board Resolution. And there is no limit of remuneration to directors in case of private limited Company.
