Respected Sir/Madam, I have filed SH-7 for increasing Authorised Share Capital from Rs 100000/- to Rs. 100,00,000/- on 11.01.2016. On 31.03.2015 company had paid up share capital of Rs.100000/-. Now my company (Private Ltd) wants to issue Equity shares. My question is which form is required to file with ROC for issue of shares and what are the procedures for issue for equity shares?
