If Director wants to give loan to pvt comapny in which he is director..Can he give it from his personal loan?

Dear Experts , please clarify that the period of 5 years of the tenure of independent director will count from which date either from the date of Board meeting in which the initial appointment was made or from the date of AGM in which the appointment was regularised.

I have filed form DIR-6 for updating the DIN w.r.t residential status on 21-05-2016. But it has not been approved till now. How much time does it take ???

One of my client floated a private company with two directors in 2008. Even though the requires papers were duly filed for the first time, no other filings were done till this date...The business was that of training dogs which were stopped and M D went abroad. Should they file all the pending papers till date or can they wait for a amnesty scheme to wind up the company. Since they don't want to continue, please advise me as to what to be done?

I am registered on mca portal (mca.gov.in) and have a login as a business user (Chartered Accountant) can I upload DIR -3 for 2 new directors from my login and pay the required fee for DIR-3 from my login?
Or do I have to register 2 separate logins for 2 directors and upload DIR-3 from their respective logins & also pay fees for DIR-3 from the 2 separate logins.

The Company is a Small Company as per sec 2 clause 85 of companies act 2013 ? Is the CARO 2016 applicable? as small company falls into exception of applicability of CARO 2016? Whether it should be considered as small company or private limited company.
