Can anyone become a promoter of the company who's rendering services of Constancy relating to professionals like CA, CS? Or there is any qualification required for becoming promoter of such company? Kindly advice

CA OR CS can form their LLP firms if Professional firm is required. Else a person non ca simply apply for DIN (eligible conditions required) and then become director in a company
