One of my client floated a private company with two directors in 2008. Even though the requires papers were duly filed for the first time, no other filings were done till this date...The business was that of training dogs which were stopped and M D went abroad. Should they file all the pending papers till date or can they wait for a amnesty scheme to wind up the company. Since they don't want to continue, please advise me as to what to be done?

If the company is in existence since 2008 then you should file the required returns. ROC is issuing legal notices for the same. id the directors do not want to continue then you can directly go for Closure of company in FTE scheme.
