I have a doubt about the time period of appointment of internal auditor i. e 1 year, 2 year or more???
In the Section 138 and accounts rule 13 no where its is written about the tenure of appointment of internal auditor of the Company.

Advise me as to what is the difference between the winding up of the company and striking the name of the company from the register of the companies. will striking the name of the company amounts to winding up of the company .. if yes what is the procedure for striking the name of the company ?

is it mandatory to file form mgt 14 fr resolutions for increase in paid up share capital of private limited companies & as in this case it would be further issue of shares n is it mandatory to open new seperate bank account to deposit application money

If in case of pvt. ltd. company the construction of building is completed on Jan 2015 and building is given on rent on Dec 2015, then as per companies act do we have to provide depreciation from Jan 2015 or when we have first given building on rent i.e. Dec 2015.

Dear Friends,
One of the Pvt Ltd Company wants to Appoint Mr A (CA) as auditor for auditing books of Company for the FY 2015-16.

Company was formed in the year 2012 at that point of time company appointed Mr B (CA) as auditor of the company

In the Audit Report of FY 2014-15, In the directors report directores has mentioned that My B is retired and eligible for reappointment.

Now my question is whether Mr A can audit books of account of Pvt Ltd Company by just sending NOC letter to Mr B and indicating in letter that he (Mr A) will audit books of Company for FY 2015-16 and onwards?

Or Mr A can start from FY 2016-17 only??

I am Chartered Accountant of a private limited company. An additional director has to be appointed. For which DIR 12 has to be e- filed on mca site. I will certify DIR 12 as practising chartered accountant in whole time practice with my digital signature. I have a Business User login registered on mca site. can I e-file DIR 12 from my registered login on behalf of the Company. Will the new additional director be added to companies records in e-filing from my login.
Also if YES can I being chartered accountant of company efile other forms on mca site from my login on mca site on behalf of company to meet out companies, company act e filing requirements and pay e filing fees on behalf of the company?
