Please help with the following, One of my client, a Private limited company has share application money pending before the commencement of Companies Act 2013.

Now, my query is what is treatment we can give. Either to go with the provision of Deposit or to make Alootment of share.

I have a doubt about the time period of appointment of internal auditor i. e 1 year, 2 year or more???
In the Section 138 and accounts rule 13 no where its is written about the tenure of appointment of internal auditor of the Company.

Advise me as to what is the difference between the winding up of the company and striking the name of the company from the register of the companies. will striking the name of the company amounts to winding up of the company .. if yes what is the procedure for striking the name of the company ?
