Disclosure of interest by director MBP1 and MGT 14 filing is compulsory or not?

not required to file form MGT-14 since same was omitted from rules.

sir, disclosure of interest u/s 184(1) is necessary or nt for Pvt Ltd co... if nt under which notification it is exempted..
