14 June 2016 can a person who is not director of the company can be appointed as chief financial officer of the company

Please send me format for appointmet of cfo resolution.

it is listed company. did his appointmet should be included in the annual report and did share holder approval is necessary

14 June 2016 Yes a person not a director can be appointed as CFO.
Only Board approval is required.
Include him in the list of key management personal.
