Dear Sir,
I have a doubt about the time period of appointment of internal auditor i. e 1 year, 2 year or more???
In the Section 138 and accounts rule 13 no where its is written about the tenure of appointment of internal auditor of the Company.
Please suggest

period is not written in company act 2013, its decide by the audit committee, or board of the company.
