A PVT. COMPANY INCORPORATED IN 1989 & THAN CONVERTED IN PUBLIC COMPANY IN 1990 & HAVE CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION AS PUBLIC CO. BUT CO. DOES NOT FILE ANY RETURN SINCE THAN NOW CO. WANT TO FILE RETURNS

BUT MCA WEBSITE SHOWING STATUS OF CO. AS PRIVATE CO.

PLEASE TELL ME HOW SHOULD I PROCEED.

A pvt ltd co. has closed the term loan taken from the bank (for which form 8 was duly filed) and the bank has issued the certificate for closure of loan. Kinldy let me know the time limit within which the Form 17 for Satisfaction of charge is to be filed? If there is any delay, shd we file petition to CLBfor condonation of delay?

A closely held public company wish to issue shares on premium whose paid-up capital is Rs. 4 crore to avoid the appointment of Wholetime company secretary.

Is there any problem in such a case?
