I want to know what procedure should be adopted in case of share transfer in a Pvt.Company?
Q1-What resolution will be passed in AGM.
Q2-what document will be prepared?

Share transfer procedure may be strictly in accordance with the provisions of A.O.A.
1)However, generally a board meeting will be enough to approve the transfer.
2)Form 7B has to be executed and kept in the records of the company.
3) Company's share register may be updated in the event of share transfer.
