16 August 2010 Sir,
Can anybody help me out that whether a Company Secretary can sign documents such as MOA, AOA & other bank documents? And please tell me the section in which this is in a written form?

16 August 2010 for what purpose signature is to be done?

If a new company is being incorporated then MOA & AOA can be signed by the CS.

16 August 2010 Sir,

Signature for Opening of New Bank Account in Standard Charted Bank is required for a pvt ltd company, so they are asking that where it is written that cs can also be sign these documents of the company.
Further this company is incorporated in last year.

16 August 2010 Check the requirement to sign the documents. If it is mentioned to be signed by director or CA then take their sign.
