Sir,
Can anybody help me out that whether a Company Secretary can sign documents such as MOA, AOA & other bank documents? And please tell me the section in which this is in a written form?

for what purpose signature is to be done?
If a new company is being incorporated then MOA & AOA can be signed by the CS.
If a new company is being incorporated then MOA & AOA can be signed by the CS.

Sir,
Signature for Opening of New Bank Account in Standard Charted Bank is required for a pvt ltd company, so they are asking that where it is written that cs can also be sign these documents of the company.
Further this company is incorporated in last year.

Check the requirement to sign the documents. If it is mentioned to be signed by director or CA then take their sign.
