I want to know the details about the employee stock option plan and employee stock purchase schemes,can anyone send me the detailed guidelines of this two option plans

Most imp thing to handle the ESOP is the through knowledge of SEBI Guideline on ESOP. So i would request you to download the same from SEBI Site and go through the same.
