16 August 2010 A public ltd. incoporated in may 2006 filed Form 22 in Aug '10.....the ROC has raised a query tht required resubmission with remarks that pls comment how compliance of sec. 165(5) has been made by the company....

pls help me to draft a suitable reply

16 August 2010 what to comment now on compliance of sec.165(5)after submitting the report......is there any time limit to file with roc after sending copies of report to members

late fees has been paid......after filing the report with roc there is the abovementioned query raised by ROC......

16 August 2010 The process of filing the SR with roc is to attach the same with ROC form 22 which you have missed and question raised by ROC.

It is better to go for some professional advise of some CA or CS who is very familier with ROC work.

is there ne time limit of filing SR with ROc...
sec 165 provides that SM shud b held within 6 months frm the date of commencement....n sec 165(5) doesnt provide ne tym limit the report shud b filed with registrar under which the ROC has sought clarification....it only mentions tht it shud b delivered to registrar aftr circulating the copies to members........
