OUR COMPANY IS HAVING AN OVERDRAFT ACCOUNT OURSTANDING AMOUNT OF RS. 10 LACS. WHICH IS SECURED BY PERSONAL GUARANTEE OF THE DIRECTORS. AS THE COMPANY IS NOT WORKING, THERE IS NO STOCK IS HELD.
