Can a shareholder ask for extract of minutes of the Board & sahreholders meetings. What are the other rights of the shreholders if the don't respond them.

As per section 196 a shareholder can inspect and ask for the extracts of GM minutes on payment of prescribed fee.
However there is no legal compulsion to show BM minutes to the shareholders.
