Resignation of Whole time director

30 August 2010 The whole time director of our company had given resign on 21st June, 2010. But we had not file the form 32 till the date not intimate to BSE about resignation.

What should be done on this matter. Can any one tell me the solution of this

31 August 2010 File form 32 with late fee. There is no issue at all.

Also intimate BSE about the same and prepare an excuse regarding the same in case any question raised by BSE bcoz no intimation is not an excuse.

You may also request to your director to extend his resign date.
