I have a query regard share transfer stamp, we have to pay share transfer stamp worth Rs.20 Lacs. We are in confusion that where to pay that fees and how to pay that fees.

So pls help us out.

A present running proprietary firm is to be closed and all it's movable and immovable properties, liabilities etc are to be given to a separately formed new private ltd company ? how to do this? What will be the steps.?

What are the meaning and what documents are required to start following company's :

1)Sole proprietorship
2)Partnership firm.
4)Public limited company.
5)Public limited company.
6)limited liability partnership.

*Please describe all the above and what documents should be there on each of them.....

Whether a director of private limited company can borrow money from his relative / friends circle and invest the same in pvt ltd company in which he is director? is there any consequences in Other act such as Income tax and FEMA?

Dear all plz reply ASAP,
if a comapany held share in its subsidiary in the name of its nominee (investment not held in tis own name u/s 49(7))and further it want to change of nomination as old nominee is no more work with company.
Wheather any specific procedure would be followed or only just it would be happened by intimating the same(On letter Head) to its subsidiary

1. If a director resigns before his tenure from his office in a copany,is his resignation treated as casual vacancy? or just termed as resignation?
2.Is it mentioned in the section 262 that only death or accidents or uncertain conditions are only treated as casual vaccancy or even a resignation before the tenure for any reason can be treated as casual...?
3. If a director resigns then the board can appoint directors as under section 262 or the board should appoint additional directors u/s 260????

Hi, this is very urgent



I had filed a form 1A(request for availability of name) for formation of a company. while filing, in the column for "details of promoters", i entered name of the promoter wrong(for example say instead of kishan i mentioned karan) , with correct PAN number( that is of correct promoter in our example kishan). now company name has been approved and am trying to file form 1(application for incorporation of company) and MCA website is not accepting.

Please help me rectify this error. I cannot give NOC as MR karan never existed.



What should i DO.. please help fast
