in case of split up of shares, what should be the date provided in the share certificate ?

1. is it the date of split up ? or
2. the date board meeting in which the resolution for the transfer of shares were passed ?

any releavnt section for that ?
can u just share the prodecure on DATE of certificate ?

is there any particular rule with respect to the DATE to be put in the Share certificate, in case of transfer ?

is it the normal procedure to put the same date of Board Meeting, where the resolution for transfer has been passed ?

wil it be better to refer the Companies ( Issue of Share Certifiacte) rules 1960 alone for the purpose ?
