in case of split up of shares, what should be the date provided in the share certificate ?
1. is it the date of split up ? or
2. the date board meeting in which the resolution for the transfer of shares were passed ?
any releavnt section for that ?
can u just share the prodecure on DATE of certificate ?

In my opinion, its the date of BM, when the transfer gets an approval.
