07 September 2010 As per caluse 2(ii) of notification GSR 649 (E) dated 19/10/2006 a person intending to become a director can apply for DIN. In view of that, you are eligible to submit application for DIN.

07 September 2010 after taking DIN if i do not join the company for long period (i.e 10 years aprox)then would it be voilation of law or not
