Dear Sir,
Is it possible the Date of Appointment of Director & Consent Letter may be different date?

i.e. Mr.Gopal has given the consent to act as Director of M/s Manthra Pvt Ltd on 15th Dec.2010.But that company hold a Board Meeting on 28th Dec.2010 & appoint him on 28th Dec.2010 only.Is it valid?
If yes What is the time period to appoint anybody as director from the date of receipt of consent Letter?

I wish to clarify the following doubt
i.e. Investor Compliant Form can file by a shareholder of a Pvt Ltd?
Is it possible to revoke the Compliant in future by the complainant?

If Yes what is the way to do like that?

If a Co has got 2 Directors & one of them suddenly expired then can one Director form the board of directors or can make decisions
Or otherwise within which period a new director is to be appointed

Subscriber to the memorandum have subscribed to take share of worth Rs. 10 lakhs. they are transferring bussiness to the company for Rs. 20 lakh thus all the sharesof RS 20lacs will be alloted for consideration other than in cash.
ques- whether return of allotment in form no.2 should be filled for Rs. 20 lakh or for Rs. 10 lakh that is excluding the amount of shares subscribes through MOA.

A person files form 1A in which he has DIN with Indian Address. After which he shifts to USA and resdies there. Now my query is
a) Name and address of the person will be of India or USA or both.
b) Who will attest his signatures in MOA.

A UNLISTED PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY HAS RECIEVED HUGE SUM OF MONEY FROM ITS EXISTING SHARE HOLDERS AND SUM NEW PARTIES...THE COMPANY HAS PAID INTEREST ON SHARE APPLICATION MONEY @ AN AVERAGE RATE OF 11.75%..
