Sir,
A person files form 1A in which he has DIN with Indian Address. After which he shifts to USA and resdies there. Now my query is
a) Name and address of the person will be of India or USA or both.
b) Who will attest his signatures in MOA.

1. The address of the U.S.A. should be given by the directors.
2. The attestation will be done as follows:
a) The signature if the director should be first certify by the notary of the U.S.A.
b)Then a Power of Attorney will be signed in behalf of the person who will deal with the ROC Matters, regarding filing n all.
c)And the attestation can be done by any chartered accountant or that person who is authorised to deal with ROC.
