11 February 2011 can any one pls tell me what is the whole process of incorporating a public comp and issuance of certificate of commencment of business how much time is involved all the practical aspect related to the subject

12 February 2011 Procedural requirement for formation of new company:

1.Obtain Digital signature of one of the promoter/director

2.Obtain DIN of at least three director

3.After obtaining approved DIN file Form 1A with ROC for name availability

4.If name is available ROC give name with in 3 days from the date of assigning

5.Draft Memorandum & Article of Association

6.File Electronically Form 1, 18, and 32 with the concerned ROC

8.After verification of electronic documents , ROC will generate the Company Identification Number (CIN) and issue certificate of Incorporation.
9.After obtaining Certificate of Incorporation file with the ROC Form 20 for getting Certificate of Commencement for a Public Ltd Company.

Payment of fee for respective form for incorporation of pvt & public ltd are,

1.For Form 1A -500/-

2.For Form 1 pay as per your Authorised Capital

3.Form 18 -500/-

4.Form 32 fee is500/-

Time Involved is 15 days if MCA accept all draft document as correct.
